1. Orders & Proof Approval

• All orders are subject to proof approval. We will send you a digital copy of your engraving design for confirmation.
• It is your responsibility to check spelling, logos, and layouts carefully before approving. Once approved, production will begin and changes cannot be made.
• Orders typically dispatch within 7–10 working days from proof approval.

2. Products & Customisation

• We specialise in engraved trophies, awards, glassware and gifts. All items are customised to order.
• Colours and finishes may vary slightly depending on materials, screen displays, and device settings.
• Natural variations (such as marks in glass, bamboo or crystal) are not considered faults.
• We reserve the right to withdraw or update products without notice.

3. Prices & Payment

• Prices may change at any time without notice. The price at checkout is final unless a clear error is identified.
• Prices exclude delivery, taxes, duties, or customs charges unless otherwise stated.
• By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the chosen payment method and agree to pay all applicable charges.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Production begins only after proof approval.
• Standard dispatch is 7–10 working days from approval. Delivery times may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
• Once items are handed to the courier, risk of loss or damage passes to you. Please inspect goods upon delivery and report issues immediately.

5. Refunds & Returns

• As products are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or returns except where an item is faulty, marked, or scratched.
• Photographic proof will be required before a return is authorised.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Approved returns will be inspected before a replacement or refund is issued.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos, product descriptions, images, and branding on our site are the property of The Engraving Centre and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

7. Third-Party Services

Our store is powered by Shopify. Payments, hosting, and certain features are provided by third-party partners. While we take care in selecting providers, we are not responsible for their services, terms, or policies. Please review their terms where relevant.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Services or products, except as required by law. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts where The Engraving Centre is headquartered.
