Refunds, Shipping & Returns Policy – The Engraving Centre
Order Process & Production
At The Engraving Centre, all personalised and engraved items are created to order. Before production begins, we provide a digital proof for your approval. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully check and approve all spelling, wording, designs and layouts.
Once the proof has been approved, we cannot be held responsible for any errors, as production will proceed exactly as confirmed.
Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are typically dispatched within 7–10 working days from proof approval.
- Delivery times may vary depending on courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
- We currently ship within the UK only.Delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
- All items are securely packaged to ensure safe arrival.
- Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and report any issues.
Refunds & Returns
As all our products are custom-made and engraved to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item is:
- Faulty.
- Marked.
- Scratched.
In such cases, photographic proof will be required before we authorise a return.
- If approved, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Once the item has been returned and inspected, we will issue a replacement or refund where appropriate.
- Natural variations in materials (e.g. glass, bamboo, crystal) are not considered faults.
Non-Returnable Items
- Any item where the engraving design has been approved by the customer prior to production.
- Items damaged through misuse or improper care.
- Products returned without prior authorisation.
